IQwave™ 802.11a/b/g/n Waveform Generator Software

ImageLitePoint IQwave™ WLAN Waveform Generator Software operates in combination with LitePoint IQnxn MIMO, IQview or IQflex 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN Test Solutions, simplifying the generation of arbitrary 802.11a/b/g/n waveforms. The software produces 802.11a/b/g/n waveforms at either RF or baseband that can be transferred to LitePoint IQnxn, LitePoint IQview or LitePoint IQflex and generated as test signals to the receiver under test.

The content of transmitted single or multiple WLAN packets can be defined, the spectrum of the signal can be controlled, and various signal impairments can be applied to test and verify receiver performance under a variety of conditions. By modeling typical or worst-case 802.11a/b/g/n waveforms, users can stress and verify the operation of receiver hardware in manufacturing test or receiver hardware and algorithms in the R&D process.

Features

  • Generates complex 802.11a/b/g/n test waveforms for use by IQnxn MIMO, IQview or IQflex 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN Test Solutions to test receiver hardware or receiver algorithms
