To this end, LitePoint designed and developed TrueCable Calibrator to measure this cable loss. The TrueCable Calibrator consists of an RF unit that is attached to an IQview or IQflex one-box tester VSG port.  Used in a production or characterization setup, the instrument helps perform an accurate measurement of cable loss for a given attenuation. In addition to the RF unit, the kit includes an external power supply, adapter, software CD with program and example code, and comprehensive User Guide in a handy carrying case.
