LitePoint Shows How to Test WiMAX Wave 2 and WiMedia

They even provide an early glimpse of LTE testing

SUNNYVALE, CA – Sept 21, 2007 – LitePoint Corporation, a provider of wireless test system solutions, described and demonstrated its testing capabilities for WiMAX Wave 2, WiMedia, and LTE, today.  With a room full of engineers from local Silicon Valley companies on hand at the FAZ Restaurant, here, LitePoint discussed the challenges in testing WiMAX Wave 2 and WiMedia, then proceeded to show the crowd how it is done.  As a surprise, LitePoint’s new vice president of engineering, Karsten Vandrup, talked about LTE, an emerging cellular-infrastructure wireless broadband technology with many similarities to WiMAX Wave 2. Early LTE testing capability was also demonstrated.
