Sales Engineers

We are actively recruiting Sales Engineers to join our Americas sales team.  We are looking for engineers who have had experience in design, development, and/or testing, and who either have already or would like to make the career change over to sales.  Although wireless and RF experience is a big plus, general technical competency is the foremost requirement.  We are seeking engineers who through their own experience can identify with the duties engineers typically face in both development and manufacturing environments and can help them with these duties with LitePoint’s wireless solutions.  Your job will be to apply your technical problem-solving skills in helping potential and present LitePoint customers use our products to do their jobs more efficiently.  If you like a fast paced, exciting environment and the opportunity to help grow a new company and share in the financial rewards of that growth give us a call.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Management of all aspects of customer accounts from beginning to end with the goal of total customer satisfaction
  • Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries, both sales and technical support
  • Presentation and demonstration of LitePoint’s wireless test solutions at customer sites
  • Work with field applications team in solving technical support questions

Qualifications

  • BSEE or higher
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • 3+ years work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of RF and wireless communications a plus
  • Self-driven, strong work ethic, and highest standards of integrity and professionalism
  • 30 – 50% travel required
