LitePoint Bluetooth® Manufacturing Test Software

LitePoint Bluetooth® Software Package provides manufacturing test capability for Bluetooth v1.1, v1.2, v2.0 and enhanced data rate (EDR) products using IQview, IQmax , or IQflex WLAN One-Box Testers. The package includes new API commands and integration of FM modulation support into IQsignal Analysis Software Suite (if applicable). Bluetooth device under test (DUT) test commands are made through the chip vendor's test control interface for fastest set-up times, while LitePoint capture-once-measure-all hardware implementation allows full Rx and Tx testing with very few signal captures for the fastest test times. Production test programs for the manufacturing floor can be developed to allow Bluetooth and WiFi combination production to be single-pass tested instead of dual-insertion tested, substantially reducing test time.

    • 1 and 3Mbps using LitePoint generated packets
