This is a position within the business development organization. Key Job Responsibilitie- Act as the key contact between LitePoint and the customer to build trust, communicate program status, negotiate, and clarify requirements and expectations between the customer and the product team
- Coach and motivate team members to ensure high productivity, teamwork and improve group competency
- Drive to keep resources on task and on schedule, manage change, understand technical issues and ensure that they get prioritized, highlighted, addressed and resolved in a timely manner
- Work closely with chipset companies, ODM's and OEM's to provide test solution
- Manage customer/partner specific programs including development, deployment, bug tracking and resolution with project technical documentation
Qualification- BSEE/BSCS or MSEE/MSCS (desired)
- 10+ years in software and/or systems engineering management and technical lead experience
- Strong understanding of system and software development methodologieExperienced in project / program management fundamentals (Systems and Software Development Life Cycles and Quality Processes, Scope, Cost, Schedule, Deliverables, Change Management, Risk Management)
- Experience with managing partner and customer initiatives and communications
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.Excellent interpersonal, people management, and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- WLAN (802.11 a/b/g/n), WiMAX (802.16-2004, 802-16e-2005)
- WiMedia (Ultra Wideband)
- Bluetooth
- Cellular Network
