The Business Development Manager for Embedded Wireless will be responsible for developing and solidifying our strategic partnerships with wireless semiconductor companies in support of the LitePoint multi-com strategy.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic wireless semiconductor partners on both engineering and business levels.
• Manage LitePoint partners’ support of key ODM/OEM programs and initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, creating win-win-win scenarios for LitePoint, partners and customers and working with the LitePoint sales team, system engineering and field applications team as well as the partner support teams and customers to help bring the opportunities to a successful close.
•  Evangelize the use and benefits of LitePoint superior test methodologies and solutions for embedded wireless technologies ensuring LitePoint partners are fully supported and trained in support of joint customers.
• Spearhead the LitePoint Business Development strategy for adoption of LitePoint testing methodology for new emerging markets, in particular the embedded market.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of RF. Must have experience in a combination of any of these wireless technologies: WiFi, MIMO, Bluetooth, GPS and WiMAX
• Experience with technical customer support interfacing into development and engineering environments required
• Proven "Design-In" business development track record desired
• Program and project management experience managing multiple cross functional teams across multiple time zones highly desired
• Experience within the Semi-conductor industry desired
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, passion for building relationships, enthusiastic, and high-energy
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills required
• International travel required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
