LitePoint’s IQmax/IQfact Successfully Test Fujitsu’s
Mobile WiMAX Reference Designs

SUNNYVALE, CA – November 3, 2008 –LitePoint Corporation today announced the successful testing of Fujitsu Microelectronics Limited’s Mobile WiMAX reference designs based on its WiMAX baseband and RF silicon solutions.  The combination of LitePoint’s IQmax WiMAX test system and IQfact IC-specific manufacturing test software provides an optimal WiMAX manufacturing test solution.

“We are clocking test times of 70 seconds for Fujitsu Microelectronics’ Mobile WiMAX PC Card reference design, and 165 seconds for Fujitsu’s Mobile WiMAX USB dongle reference design,” said John Lukez, LitePoint’s director of product management.  “So far that’s twice as fast as the nearest alternative.”
