WLAN Test

LitePoint was the first- to- market with a WLAN 802.11 EVM test solution in 2003 with LitePoint IQview®. A year later, LitePoint delivered the first dedicated test solution for high-volume manufacturing of 802.11 WLAN products, LitePoint IQflex®. Breaking the cost barrier for advanced WLAN manufacturing test, the one-box test instruments replaces costly, general-purpose equipment and less-than-perfect “golden radio” testing, while ensuring compliance with future WLAN standard changes.

MIMO Test

LitePoint was the first to deliver dedicated test solutions for the emerging MIMO WLAN technologies in November 2005. LitePoint IQnxn® MIMO R&D Test System used with LitePoint One-Box Tester MIMO Add-on Software Package for existing IQview and IQflex test instruments allows for seamless transition from development to factory floor. LitePoint’s work with key MIMO chipset solution makers to create LitePoint IQfact Manufacturing Test Software eliminates the need for LitePoint customers’ development and QA groups to do so, saving months of time.

Bluetooth® Test

LitePoint delivered the first solution with full Rx and Tx test capability for Bluetooth v2.0 + Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) in August 2005. LitePoint Bluetooth® Software Package runs on the installed base of IQview and IQflex test instruments, enabling single-pass testing of combination Bluetooth and WiFi products, saving substantial manufacturing cost over dual-pass testing.

WiMAX Test

LitePoint delivered the first-to-market test solution for WiMAX products in May 2006. LitePoint IQmax®  Wireless Test System for WiMAX plus WiFi product is designed to test the latest 802.16-2004 broadband CPE products. Based on an integrated Vector Signal Analyzer and Vector Signal Generator architecture, the system can test critical physical layer radio parameters for developers, volume manufacturing test and quality assurance stations at the lowest possible cost.
