WiMAX & WiFi MIMO

LitePoint IQnxnplus Multi-Stream MIMO Testers test critical physical layer transmit and receive radio parameters during development, volume manufacturing, system test, and quality assurance (QA). They test the latest MIMO WiMAX (wave 2)  and WiFi 802.11n products. Available in 2x2, 2x3, 3x3, and 4x4 configurations.

WiMedia UWB Test

IQultra™ is the first integrated instrument for PHY layer testing of WiMedia devices based on MB-OFDM modulation (Multi-Band – Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing). IQultra covers all 6 band groups, from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz, using a unique high-bandwidth vector signal analyzer (VSA) for transmit (TX) tests. It uses a built-in attenuator and an external or internal reference DUT for receive (RX) tests.

GPS Test

The LitePoint IQnav™ is a test solution for GPS device manufacturing. It generates GPS signals at L1 (1575.42 MHz) frequency over a wide power range, supporting both conducted and radiated test methods. The instrument offers both C/C++ level API interfaces for rapid integration into production test systems along with Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) for simple and rapid debug in verification environments.

WiMAX Test

LitePoint IQmax® Wireless Test System for WiMAX and WiFi products is designed to test the latest 802.16e broadband CPE products. Based on an integrated Vector Signal Analyzer and Vector Signal Generator architecture, the system tests critical physical layer radio parameters for developers, volume manufacturing test and quality assurance stations at low cost.
