I’m trying to use the IQxel. From any browser I use (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) it’s showing my session inactive, and all the menu options are grayed out. What should I do?

This seems to indicate your IQxel is not on the network. You are likely just seeing cookies in your browser. The “green light” should be shown on the top of the GUI display to know that the session is active.

Try to ping the tester from a DOS cmd window to verify the tester is active at a known IP address. If you are unsure of IP address, you can attached a VGA monitor to the rear of the tester and it will show you IP address. If this isn’t working, power cycle the tester.
