How do I determine and set the IP address for my tester?

The default IP address for a LitePoint test system is a static IP address at 192.168.100.254. You can change the default IP address by assigning a different static IP address, or by selecting DHCP and then connecting to LAN port with a DHCP server.

To view the existing IP address, connect a VGA monitor to the tester. You will see a screen that shows the IP address and an indicator to show if the address is static or dynamic. To change these settings, connect a USB mouse and keyboard to the front or rear panel of the tester and make the necessary changes.
